- You must have a website that's already up and running. (Please don't feel inhibited by this rule -- we're not after the prettiness of your site, nor are we after superior content. This is not an elite clique; this rule is here only to ensure that you have someplace to put the code.)
- The character/s of your choice should still be available. If you are unsure about this, check the members page. If you apply for a character that's already been claimed, we'll inform you about it so you can choose another.
- I admit that we're lax about codes -- we don't mind if we visit your site and see the code up even if we haven't e-mailed you yet. But the code MUST be up and working after we've added you to the members list.
- Your website doesn't have to be about anime. Any kind of sites are fine, may they be collectives, weblogs, character shrines, etc. However...
- There are to be NO SITES FEATURING NUDITY OR PORN, hentai anime or otherwise. This is a femininity clique, and public nudity destroys the dignity of a female. If the rendering is tasteful and non-exploitative, though (because recently risque anime have become much more well-rounded -- pun not intended, mind you -- e.g. CLAMP's Miyuki-chan in Wonderland and Chobits, or Steel Angel Kurumi and Excel Saga) we might consider it.
- You can claim a maximum of two characters, as long as both are still free.
- This is fairly automatic and may inspire hearty laughter among new members (I know I'm laughing at the idea right now), but you may claim humans only. ^^; So no claiming Ryo-ohki or Chicorita, yo. ^^; Robots/androids/artificial creations with personalities, though, like Chobits's Chii or Dual's D, are welcome.
